Acting is where my journey in the arts truly started. Coming from a small town, most of my experience growing up came from doing kids shows every summer I could. Once I started aging out of the kids programs, I shifted to performing in high school and community theater productions, which fed my interest during the school year. I also began assisting at the kids programs I used to be a part of, which brought me the joy of giving back to my own community. This was also the time where I was accepted into the California State Summer School of the Arts (CSSSA), which solidified my decision that I wanted to pursue acting as a career. When I moved to Santa Barbara for college, I was accepted into UC Santa Barbara's BFA Acting Program and began my three years of focusing on my acting training.
